Principal Agent, Associate Broker Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist Originally from Indianapolis, Jeff moved to Tucson in 1998 and bought his first home at age 20. Shortly after that, he bought an investment property and realized the long-term benefits of home ownership and investment in real estate. After several years working for a mining consulting company, Jeff’s desire to get out from behind a desk combined with his love of real estate led him to get his real estate license in 2005, followed by a broker’s license four years later. A former triathlete, Jeff is now an avid cyclist and races with the Bicycle Ranch Tucson team. He occasionally takes things off-road on his mountain bike but prefers Tucson’s many great road rides. If you’re ever looking for him before 6 a.m., you’ll find him climbing Mt. Lemmon, followed by Tucson’s most delicious quiche at Le Buzz Caffe.

CEO Melissa joined Ell Real Estate Group in 2018 after moving from Durango, Colorado. She is a licensed agent that provides administrative assistance for the team, and is the liaison between clients, agents, escrow companies and mortgage brokers. A graduate of the University of Colorado at Boulder, Melissa majored in communication and successfully learned how to manage her time between being outdoors and studying. Melissa is a Colorado sports enthusiast. When not cheering on the Nuggets, Rockies or Broncos, you can find her enjoying the outdoors with her husband, Keenan and two young daughters.

Lead Sales Agent Naomi joined Ell Group as a seasoned Real Estate Agent in the Tucson area. Naomi deeply enjoys relationship building and working closely with families and individuals. This knowledge, coupled with compassion and drive, has provided her with valuable skills that she uses to provide excellent client service. Grateful for all that she has been fortunate to experience, Naomi decided to venture into the real estate industry to build relationships and provide her expertise for those who have real estate needs. Naomi was raised in Tucson, graduating from Marana High School. She was born on the East coast and lived in the Ocean State of Rhode Island most of her twenties, where her daughter was born. She has been back in Tucson since 2008. Spending quality time with her family and enjoying the beautiful Arizona sunsets is what she enjoys to do in her free time.
